Facilities Management

  1. Get to know if all the activities needed at a facility was completed successfully, by assigning tasks to a team member on Follop. Team members update the status regularly giving a high level view of the work completed and pending.

  2. Taking quick actions where ever additional support is required, to ensure the work gets done quickly.

  3. Schedule the regular inspections required on Follop and get updates regularly.

  4. Ensure the task is understood well, by making videos of the task and recording in the language that is comfortable for the team.
